Exchanges and returns
We are sustainable and to avoid the use of paper we indicate all our procedures through the same website.
If you're reading this section, it means something hasn't gone right… We'll explain our returns and exchanges policy. Please think responsibly, as we believe in making the right choice before buying to avoid further emissions from reusing shipping, paper, cardboard, etc. Thank you for caring for the planet and please recycle.
If you're not a customer, it's normal to have questions about your size, but don't worry, it's very simple. When you go to buy and click on the product, you'll see a size chart with the garment's height and width. We also indicate the model's height and the size they wore so you can better understand Buddyblue's sizing.
If you're not comfortable doing this and need to speak with someone from our team for guidance, send us an email to team.buddyblue@gmail.com. Ask us anything, and we'll advise you.
If you've decided to buy and the size doesn't fit, you don't like the garment, or you simply want to exchange it for another one, the procedure is the same for everything.
But first you should know that:
Items purchased at www.buddy-blue.com Items must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect condition, new and with original tags, bag, etc., within a maximum of 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange for a different size or model. After this period, neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted.
Any item purchased during special promotional offers where items are given away, or if they are special promotions or limited editions, will not be refunded; only gift tickets for our store will be accepted.
How do I request a size exchange?
For a size exchange:
- You need to send the garment to us with postage paid to the following address :
ATT. QUALITY - Buddyblue– Calle Socrates, 41 Bis, 08030 Barcelona (Spain).
Returns must be sent in a trackable package. We are not responsible for packages sent by the customer without a receipt or signature from the shipping company . We do not accept packages that come with postage due. We do not collect packages from post offices or parcel shops. IMPORTANT: Do not send the package by regular mail, they do not deliver the merchandise and leave it at the post offices.
- Content identification:
Inside the package you must identify yourself with a piece of paper with your order number and what you want to do (e.g., change size to [other item] or [other item]).
Example:
María Perales Huesca – order 8765
I request size L – same model.
- Packages that arrive unidentified will be filed directly, causing a delay in the exchange until they are identified.
- Once received in our quality department, we will verify that the garment has arrived in perfect condition, that it has not been used or tampered with, damaged due to misuse, that all labels are properly attached, that it does not smell of perfume, tobacco or detergent and that it has not been used. We will then proceed to generate a new order with your new garment, which we will send to your home free of charge.
How do I process a return for a refund?
- To request a refund, you must send the item prepaid to the following address:

I request a refund
- When the refund is processed, the shipping costs of the first shipment will be deducted. The cost of the first shipment is €4.20 within mainland Spain.
- The refund will be issued to the same card you used to pay for the order (you will be notified by email). You will receive the money within 48-72 hours (depending on your bank).
What if I receive a defective garment?
- If you receive a defective item, please email us with photos to team.buddyblue@gmail.com . The Buddyblue team will then contact you to arrange a free replacement.
- All Buddyblue garments undergo a very strict quality control, so in the case of a defective garment, it must be duly justified that it is a manufacturing error.
